David Ofosu-Dorte’s experience cuts across decades of lead advisory role in construction
contracts advice, infrastructure deal structuring, public policy development and implementation
advice, public-private partnerships (PPPs), project finance and the power sector. His recent
dispute related experience include an ICC international arbitration between an African state
entity and an international road contractor; a construction dispute involving an international
mining company and a major construction company in West Africa; and membership of the
Dispute Adjudication Board of a road construction project in West Africa.
